Are you insured?
Absolutely! For both your and our protection, we are fully insured and happy to provide a certificate of currency upon request.

What is the maximum height you can reach?
We are equipped to service buildings of any height, but as each structure is different, we evaluate properties on a case-by-case basis.

Can you quote over the phone?
We can provide an initial estimate over the phone based on properties of a similar size and height. However, as each property is unique, we need to visit the site to give an accurate quote. More often than not, we’ll be able to start work immediately with your approval.

Do I need to be home?
Whatever works for you. We’re happy to meet you at home if that’s your preference. However, as many of our customers are busy they ask us to visit the site and leave a written quote, or to call them from the site to get approval to start work right away.
Whether home or not, many of our clients don’t really know what’s happening on their rooftops. So we are happy to provide ‘before and after’ photos as evidence of the work completed and to keep them informed of any maintenance issues their roof inspection reveals.

What is included in your gutter cleaning service?
Our goal is to ensure your roof and gutters are functioning properly, which involves removing any built-up debris from the roof, gutters, and valleys, as well as clearing any blocked downpipes down to ground level. To keep you informed, we carefully inspect the condition of the cleaned roof and gutters and report back to you. Additional services we offer include trimming away overhanging branches and minor rooftop repairs.

Do you leave a mess behind?
No. Once each job is completed, we remove any mess the cleaning process has created. Care is taken to ensure grounds are left just as we found them, or better!

Can you install gutter guards?
Yes, we can install a system that works for both your roof and your budget. However, before providing a quote, we prefer to inspect the site to ensure that gutter guards are the right choice for your property. If we determine it’s not the best fit for your roof, we’ll recommend the most suitable solution.

What is included in your solar panel cleaning service?
Our goal is to maximise the efficiency and output of your system. So we’ll carefully clean away dust, dirt, bird droppings and debris from your solar panels before checking their overall condition for any damage or wear. Any findings will be reported back to you.

What is included in your flue cleaning service?
Our goal is to ensure your fireplace operates efficiently and safely. To achieve this, we begin by cleaning your flue from the top down. During this process, we conduct a thorough safety inspection of the flue hat and flue, checking for signs of rust, corrosion, and assessing the integrity of the flue seam. Once we're back on the ground, we complete the service by inspecting the door seal, cleaning the firebox, and polishing the glass for a sparkling finish.

We service properties in the Coffs Coast region, anywhere between Sawtell and Red Rock.
